The Role: Shaping the Monad Builder Ecosystem
As a Senior Developer Relations Engineer, you’ll play a central role in cultivating Monad’s early developer community. This isn’t just about outreach—it’s about building a vibrant, collaborative ecosystem from the ground up. You’ll be the bridge between cutting-edge technology and the developers who will bring it to life.
You’ll travel to major blockchain conferences, university hackathons, and community events to connect with talented builders. Whether online or in person, your mission is to inspire, educate, and onboard developers into the Monad ecosystem.

- Champion Monad’s Technology: Engage with experienced Solidity developers, clearly articulating Monad’s advantages—speed, scalability, and Ethereum compatibility—and demonstrating how easy it is to deploy dApps on the platform.
- Host and Attend Events: Represent Monad at global hackathons, tech meetups, and academic institutions. Organize workshops, AMAs, and developer sprints to foster collaboration.
- Create Educational Resources: Develop high-quality technical content including blog posts, tutorials, video walkthroughs, and documentation to lower the barrier to entry for new developers.
